Eligibility, Cost, Registration Process...

Eligibility:

Girl Scouts ages 12 and older may register as troops or individually with a parent/legal guardian. Please adhere to ratio of no more than 2 adults to 8 girls. Every effort will be made to accommodate those with disabilities and/or medical conditions.

Cost:

$40.00 for girls and adults (must be registered Girl Scouts), if paid by Sept 1. Includes workshops, meals (Friday snack, all meals on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast), and Camp Sikorsky patch. The fee is $50.00 after Sept 1 and for out-of- Council participants. After Sept 1 Girl Scouts may register on a first come, first served basis.

Registration Process:

Completed Registration Form and fees must be received by GSOFCT Registration Dept by noon on Friday, Aug 31, 2012 (for mailed or in-person registration), or online by Saturday, Sept 1. Registrations will not be processed without proper forms and payment. Space is limited. Those registered without proof of citizenship will not be considered (as per Sikorsky).

Memorabilia:

T-shirts and hats will be offered for sale. Please PRE-ORDER on the registration form (very limited supply will be available that weekend)

Uniforms:

Participants must wear Girl Scout identifiable clothing (vest, sash, Girl Scout T-shirts) while at Camp Sikorsky. Closed heel and toe shoes/sneakers are required.
