Sikorsky, Bristow Group Reach Multi-year Agreement for S-92 Helicopters

  Hartford, Connecticut - Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation announced today an agreement for S-92TM helicopters, including options, for Bristow Group (NYSE:BRS). Sikorsky Aircraft is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).

The multi-year commitment for the sale of S-92s complements recent orders with Bristow for new S-76® C++ helicopters. The S-92s will be used to fulfill offshore transportation requirements in all corners of the world.

These aircraft will be used around the globe in Bristow's expanding marketplace," said Bristow Group President & CEO William E. Chiles. Delivery of the S-92s is expected to commence in early 2007.
