
Ari David serves as Vice President and General Counsel, with responsibility for overseeing the contracting process with customers, suppliers, partners and licensees, ensuring effective protection of the company’s intellectual property, and leading and guiding the company to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and UTC policies.
He joined Sikorsky in 2003 as a Senior Attorney, was appointed Director, Government Contracts and Associate Counsel in 2005, and was named Vice President and Counsel, Government Programs in 2008. He was appointed Vice President and General Counsel in 2012.
Before joining Sikorsky, Ari served for seven years as an associate at the law firm of Crowell & Moring, LLP. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk and also served as Counsel to the Committee on Armed Services in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Ari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law.
