Judith E. Bankowski

Judith (Judy) E. Bankowski was appointed Vice President & Chief Information Officer for Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation in June 2010. In this position, she leads the Information Technology function for Sikorsky, identifying and evaluating strategies that ensure the efficiency and availability of electronic systems and services, and leading the development and implementation of systems solutions to support the enterprise's short and long-term goals.

Judy joined UTC in 1985 as a Systems Program Analyst at Pratt & Whitney, and since that time has held positions of increasing responsibility in Information Technology across the corporation. Judy served as Manager of PC Technical and Manager of ERP and Technology Infrastructure at Pratt & Whitney before joining Carrier in 2003 as Group Manager, IT. She was promoted to Director of Information Systems for Carrier Transicold in 2004, and became Director of the SAP Program for Carrier's North American businesses in 2006. Judy joined Hamilton Sundstrand in 2008 as Director, Information Technology and remained in that position until her present appointment.

Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wilkes College in Wilkes-Barre, P.A. and Master of Science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
