Christian Meisner

Christian Meisner serves as Vice President, Human Resources, with responsibility for ensuring the company has the talent, organization, and HR process excellence to support Sikorsky's strategic business priorities, including execution of critical programs, accelerated global growth initiatives, and high organizational effectiveness.

Christian joined United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in 2003 at Carrier as the Human Resources Director for the global Operations function before moving to Singapore as Director, Human Resources for Carrier's Asia Pacific business. He returned to the United States in 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources, Building Systems & Services and then joined the UTC Corporate office in 2007 where he directed the global talent function for the Dow Jones Industrial, Fortune 50 corporation, including executive staffing, succession planning, and leadership development. Prior to appointment to his current role in December 2011, he served as Vice President, Human Resources, for Pratt & Whitney.

Christian holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Villanova University and a master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
