The Sikorsky360 portal provides our customers with a single location for all information required to maintain their aircraft. The portal is a user-friendly web site that only requires a web browser to operate. The portal is available all day, every day. Greater efficiencies are realized from the integration of all applications. The software tools currently available on the Sikorsky360 portal include:
- The Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) provide access to all the maintenance instructions. Powerful searching allows maintainers to find information quickly and easily.
- The Plug Locator Application (PLA) removes the difficulty of finding connectors which expedites maintenance and saves operators time and money.
- The Web HELOTRAC RL® Maintenance Management System and Advanced Sikorsky Analyst Program (ASAP) provides compliance tracking capability. HELOTRAC RL® is also linked to the IETMs and Helicopter Support material management systems to provide further efficiencies.
- The Fleet Management Monthly Update (FMMU) is a service exclusively for TAP customers. Each month the FMMU will let you know how your aircraft are performing relative to the fleet. The FMMU includes removals, HUMS alerts and regimes flown and a host of other reports. FMMU also provides a "report card" detailing how well we are delivering spare parts.
The portal allows operators to review material status with a click of the mouse.
Material Status consists of two features: "Check Stock" and "Check Open Orders." The "Check Stock" feature allows you to enter one, or more, part numbers, and quickly determine if Helicopter Support Inc, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company, has the parts on hand.
The "Check Open Orders" feature allows customers to get real-time status regarding your open purchase orders. Simply enter in the purchase order number, and we will provide all the details.
