Electrical

We provide electrical repair to a variety of components, including the S-76^® helicopter linear actuator, S-61™ BIM ™ transducers, searchlights, and pressure switches. In an effort to keep our customers' costs down, we have developed FAA approved repair schemes to salvage some of its parts that would have otherwise been scrapped.

Hoist/Cargo Hook & Driveshaft

Helicopter Support, Inc. (HSI), a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company, has complete overhaul and repair capability for helicopter rescue hoists and cargo hooks.

HSI has over twenty years experience maintaining hoists and hooks for major helicopter operators. HSI is an authorized Breeze-Eastern Service Center and has capability for other manufacturers' hoists and hooks as well.

Hydraulics Shop

We specialize in the overhaul and repair of full array of helicopter components including landing gear, servos, hydraulic pumps, and variety of valves, cylinders and brakes.

The skills and experience of our highly-trained mechanics and engineers provide the solutions to a variety of repair problems. Using state-of-the-art repair and test equipment, we ensure that your part will meet or exceed manufacturer's specifications.

Machine Shop

Highly sophisticated machinery and skilled technicians enable us to repair and overhaul a large multitude of close tolerance components. Our reputation for quality workmanship has resulted in obtaining the license to manufacture new spare parts for the Sikorsky S-61 L and S-61 N models.

Sheet Metal / Welding Shop

HSI is a fully authorized FAA/JAA certified repair station providing complete capability in the overhaul, repair and modification of helicopter and fixed-wing exhaust systems, structural parts and components.

We provide repairs for Sikorsky Aircraft, Bell Helicopters, Agusta Westland, Robinson Helicopters
